Before news of Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli’s alleged involvement in the college scandal broke, 19-year-old Olivia Giannulli was doing quite well for herself. She had a popular YouTube channel, a partnership with Sephora, Estée Lauder, and several other companies. In the past month, Olivia Jade has lost her partnerships with Sephora and Estée Lauder Companies, and could face a life-long ban from the University of Southern California. All of this, reports Us Weekly, has left Olivia Jade feeling”hurt, devastated and resentful.”
“[Olivia] was passionate about her career, and now everything she built has imploded before her eyes,” a source told Us. The source added: “[Olivia] is not talking to her parents right now. [She] feels she is the victim. Olivia blames her mom and dad for this scandal and for the downfall of her career.”
Last week, Olivia Jade and her older sister, Isabella Rose, who were reportedly recruited to the USC crew team under the influence of their parents’ $500,000 bribe, were seen driving in Santa Monica together in a Mercedes-Benz. This was the first time the two had been seen out in public since the scandal became public. Olivia Jade is said to be living with her boyfriend, Jackson Guthy.
Olivia Jade also has partnerships with Amazon, Dolce & Gabbana, Marc Jacobs Beauty, Smashbox Beauty Cosmetics, Smile Direct Club, Too Faced Cosmetics, Boohoo, and Unilever’s TRESemmé. As of last month, those companies did not release comment on the status of their relationship with her, per Variety.
